Maybe an equine log board, each member has one post where they keep a log of all their horses.

well, I will make sure all members get ranches, once you get $10,000 u will get the ranch thats left and it has sub-boards where you can post horses. I have it as ex:
on the horse board I post the colour: "Bay Horses" then post the horses name, colour {blood bay, bay, black bay etc...}
Firefly (Bay)
*picture*
Misty (Black Bay)
*Picture*
etc...
check out my ranch, the first ranch house to see how I do it. It's actually very coordinate
